SHIPPING PROCESS

1. Orders are packed and shipped Monday–Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. In some cases, your order may be canceled.

3. Shipping fees are non-refundable 

4. We only accept shipments to a valid street addresses.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 


Lost Packages: 

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us promptly. We will do our best to assist you in locating the package, but we cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.


Damages:

Smoke Rise is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue and make things right. If the package is damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Why haven't I gotten my package yet?

If you haven't gotten your package yet, it is probably due to delivery delays or packing delays. Please keep in mind that we do not count the 1-2 days of packing as shipping days.


When will my package arrive?

We usually send you a confirmation email with the tracking number so you can track it to your door. We do not include packing days which takes usually 1-2 business days so please keep that in mind when you calculate the shipping days.


Does smokeriseny.com ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, military customers can shop through the US customer checkout. APO/FPO packages are shipped via US Postal Service. Standard delivery rates will apply.


What do I do if I received the wrong /damaged item?

We apologize in advance if you have received an incorrect item. Please email [email protected] to let us know, include a picture of the damaged item and the number of your order invoice.

We will provide you with the return label and have the correct item shipped.

ShipInsure FAQs

How do I file a claim with ShipInsure?

If you have purchased ShipInsure Package Protection, you'll receive an email from ShipInsure after your order is complete. This email will contain instructions on how to file a claim, along with your unique ShipInsure ID number (starting with SI).

In case you did not receive an email from Shipinsure, here's how you can file a claim:

1. Visit Shipinsure’s website and navigate to the File a Claim page.

2. Provide Shipinsure with your Email and Order Number.

3. Select the relevant items, Issue, and your Requested Resolution for the claim.

4. Finally, provide us with information about your claim in the Tell us what happened section.

The ShipInsure team will review your claim and get back to you within 24 hours.

How does ShipInsure resolve a claim?

ShipInsure offers two methods of resolution for approved claims: Reship and Refund.

If you choose Refund as your preferred resolution and your claim is approved, please note that refunds are typically processed within 2 business days. However, the exact timeframe may vary depending on your payment method. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

If you choose Reship as your preferred resolution and your claim is approved, ShipInsure will take care of processing a reorder for you. You will receive an order confirmation email once the reorder is placed on your behalf.


How long do I have to file a claim?

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the package's date of delivery per the tracking details.
