To Start A Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Once the return is approved and processed, we will provide a return label and return instructions that will be emailed to you.  

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We aim to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. Please review the following conditions to determine your eligibility: 

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. 

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

A proof of purchase is required for all refunds.  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs. There will be a $10.00 return label fee for refund requests. 

International return labels will be on a case by case basis with the return label fee being taken out of the refund amount. Please reach us at [email protected] to get a quote for a return.


Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied or if you received a defective or incorrect item, you may be eligible for an exchange. Please review the following conditions to determine your eligibility: 

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. 
  • The item must be in its original packaging. 
  • A proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.  

Contact our customer support team at [email protected] to notify us of the exchange request. Please be sure to provide the Order#, which item you would like to exchange, and the item you are looking to exchange for. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Smoke Rise will waive the return label costs for orders associated with the exchange. 

Please allow 3-5 business days after the exchange items have arrived at our warehouse to process your exchange.


Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final Sale items, Clearance items, or gift cards. 


European Union 14 day cooling off period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What's not refundable?

  • Items not purchased at Smokeriseny.com.
  • Items without a smokeriseny.com invoice or a packing slip
  • Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging
  • Shipping feed are not refundable
  • Special price items with a 'FINAL SALE' badge
  • For hygienic reasons, these items are "Final Sale": Washed or Worn Items, Fashion Masks, Underwear and Socks
  • There will be no refunds given for returns made after 30 days from the invoice.
